Why is Total Defence Important? And what is Total Defence??

It helps to protect my family and others too. War or Riots may come anytime, but you don't know when, so we must be alert as always. Millitary Taining is very important. Boys or even Girls aged 18 and above must go for training to protect the country. They do training in forests and many others. Boys will be trained for shooting and those with sweaty palms WILL NOT do that. They would participate in other activities.
